RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Temple of Baal, we are committed to delivering authentic, high-quality spiritual services and digital content. Due to the unique nature of our offerings, all sales are subject to the following return and refund policy:

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All products and services provided by Temple of Baal are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable once a purchase is made.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Rituals and spellwork

  • Psychic readings and divinations

  • Personalized esoteric services

  • Digital files, PDFs, or written reports

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with results, spiritual expectations, or change of mind.

2. DIGITAL NATURE OF SERVICES

All offerings are digital-only and fulfilled via email. There are no physical products, and therefore no return shipping, restocking, or exchange processes.

Once delivery of a digital service begins (e.g., spellwork is scheduled or file is sent), the sale is considered final and complete.

3. SERVICE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Buyers will receive confirmation via email that their order has been processed and/or delivered. In some cases, this may include:

  • Final reports

  • Photos or proof of ritual

  • Personalized written content

It is the customer’s responsibility to check their email (including spam/junk folders) to ensure receipt.

4. FRAUDULENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Initiating a fraudulent dispute or chargeback after receiving a service constitutes a breach of this policy and of our Terms & Conditions.

In such cases, we reserve the right to:

  • Permanently ban the individual from all future services

  • Provide evidence to payment processors to contest the dispute

  • Pursue legal action if necessary

If you are genuinely dissatisfied, we encourage you to contact us first so we can discuss the matter in good faith.

5. DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE FILES

If you receive a corrupted or incomplete digital file, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will resend the correct file as soon as possible.

This is the only scenario where re-delivery is offered.

6. EXCLUSIONS FROM REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • Perceived lack of results from spiritual or occult work

  • Disagreement with the nature or style of the service

  • Buyer remorse or impulsive purchasing

  • Misinterpretation of metaphysical concepts

  • Technical or spiritual disbelief
