1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SERVICES ONLY

All offerings from Temple of Baal are digital and spiritual in nature. We do not offer physical goods or shipping of any kind. All services and content are delivered electronically.

2. ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

2.1 Digital Files (PDFs, Documents, Course Materials)

  • Delivered via email to the address provided at checkout.

  • Sent within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

  • If you do not receive your order, check your spam/junk folder and ensure your email is correct.

2.2 Rituals, Spellwork, and Custom Spiritual Services

  • Scheduling: Work is scheduled within 24–48 hours of confirmed payment.

  • Completion: Based on complexity, services are completed within 3–14 days.

  • Completion Proof: A summary report, spiritual confirmation, photo, or other applicable result may be emailed upon completion.

Note: All spiritual services are performed based on divine timing and esoteric tradition. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

3. CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

3.1 Cancellations

  • Due to the digital and spiritual nature of our services, all sales are final.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

3.2 Modifications

  • If you need to update your email or order information, contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Changes are not guaranteed once processing starts.

4. NON-DELIVERY & ACCESS ISSUES

  • If you have not received your digital product or ritual update within the stated timeframe, contact us at baaltempleof@gmail.com within 72 hours.

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses or spam filters.

5. NO REFUNDS & NO RETURNS

  • Due to the spiritual and personalized nature of our work, we do not offer refunds or returns.

  • Once a ritual or digital file has been delivered, the transaction is considered complete.

  • Dissatisfaction with spiritual outcomes is not a valid reason for a refund.

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

By purchasing from Temple of Baal, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and working contact information.

  • Check your spam folder and whitelist our email to ensure delivery.

  • Understand that spiritual work does not come with guaranteed outcomes.

  • Respect the spiritual process and divine timing of all services.

7. PAYMENT DISPUTES

  • Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us first is a breach of this policy.

  • Fraudulent disputes will result in a permanent ban from future services and may result in legal action.

  • We retain all records of service delivery, communication, and fulfillment.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for fulfillment delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest

  • Internet outages, technical failures, or spiritual timing factors

  • Circumstances beyond our control
